  • Has overseen the growth of the OHL from 12 teams to 20
  • Taken the lead on a number of player safety campaigns, including anti-violence and mental health
  • Member of the Hockey Hall of Fame selection committee
  • Executive director of the Canadian Amateur Hockey Association from 1978-79
  • Secretary/manager of the Ontario Hockey Association from 1974-77
  • Coaches AAA minor hockey in the Whitby Wildcats organization
  • Played NCAA hockey at the University of Massachusetts Amherst
