when it comes to trying to improve stationary stick handling or puck control, one of the keys is to try and get a player’s eyes up. You want to be in a good strong hockey position with the players hands shoulder width apart and a bit away from their body. A strong focus needs to be on the top hand and the rolling of the wrist.
