When players are looking to improve their speed out of a turn, there's a lot of details that we can talk about. First, we talk about the no crossing of hands. If our hands are crossed, it's going to be harder to make that next correct play in the game. Secondly, the puck should lead the way out of the turn. We want to get the puck in front of the skater, so they chase out of the turn. Finally, we want to talk about the head turn. Obviously, we rotate top down. So if players can get their head looking in the direction that they are going, they are going to be quicker coming out of the turn
