Split the ice into four lanes. In the first lane have the players work strictly on their forwards skating speed down the length of the ice. In the second lane, have players weave back and forth up the ice focussing on holding their inside edges one foot at a time. In the third lane, players will work on their left and right crossovers back down the ice. And finally, in the fourth lane have players focus on holding their balance on each foot while maintaining a deep knee bend.
