GTG: Global Girls Game faces off in St. Johns

With help from the Hockey Canada Foundation, BFL Canada and Hockey Newfoundland & Labrador, 40 Bantam-aged players from every corner of the country gathered in St. John's, N.L., for the Canadian leg of the 2020 IIHF Global Girls' Game, which was just as much as about spending a weekend enjoying East Coast culture and empowering young women as it was about the action on the ice. Team Blue (wearing red) edged Team White 7-5, part of a 127-111 worldwide win for Blue.
