The Air Canada Cup is Canada's national U18 club hockey championship and showcases many future NHL players. The 1999 championship was held in Prince Albert, Sask. from April 19 to 25 at the Prince Albert Comuniplex.

Western - April 8-11, Saskatoon, SK (Regional Champion: Regina Pat Canadians)
Central - April 6-11, Belleville, ON (Regional Champion: Sault Ste. Marie)
Quebec - to April 11, Quebec (Regional Champion: Gouverneurs de Ste-Foy)
Atlantic - April 1-4, Dartmouth, NS (Regional Champion: Cape Breton Jeans Experts)
