Five players are still in the running this weekend at the CHL’s Memorial Cup to add their names to a very special list, a list that currently counts only 18 players and two coaches who have won the Memorial Cup and a World Junior Championship gold medal in the same year.

Canada’s gold medalists who will be vying for the Memorial Cup this weekend are:

James Neal (Plymouth, OHL)
Cody Franson, Kenndal McArdle (Vancouver, WHL)
Darren Helm, Kris Russell (Medicine Hat, WHL)
