Declan Farmer scored the winner and an empty-net goal and Noah Grove generated three assists for the U.S., which scored every period to defeat its rival Canada 4-1 to close out the preliminary round of the 2019 Canadian Tire Para Hockey Cup on Wednesday in Paradise, N.L.
