Zayne Parekh scored twice, Michael Hage and Ethan MacKenzie had a goal and two assists apiece and Canada’s National Junior Team outlasted Czechia 7-5 to open the 2026 IIHF World Junior Championship with a win in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
