2026 World Junior Summer Showcase

The 2026 World Junior Summer Showcase will take place at WFCU Centre in Windsor, ON from July 26 – Aug. 1, 2026.

  • The World Junior Summer Showcase consists of ten games – featuring World Junior hopefuls from Canada, Finland, Sweden and the United States. The non-tournament format is used by each federation as the first evaluation period ahead of the IIHF World Junior Hockey Championship.
  • • The event features some of the top junior players on the planet and is heavily attended by National Hockey League (NHL) and amateur scouts as the first viewing following the 2026 NHL Entry Draft. A central location allows for evaluation of European born draft picks.
  • HN Live, the official livestream partners of Hockey Canada, will broadcast all ten games of the 2026 World Junior Summer Showcase.

Q: When and where does the 2026 World Junior Summer Showcase take place?

A: The 2026 World Junior Summer Showcase will take place at the WFCU Centre in Windsor, Ontario, from July 26 to Aug. 1, 2026.

Q: How many teams will compete and how many games are played in the 2026 World Junior Summer Showcase?

A: Four teams, including Canada, Finland, Sweden and the United States, will play a total of 10 games. The U.S. will play with a split-squad for its first four games (USA White & USA Blue), before selecting players to create one new team for its final three games. Q: What are the ticket options for the 2026 World Junior Summer Showcase?

A: Fans can choose from the following ticket options: a 10-game full event ticket package, a seven-game Team USA package, a three-game Team Canada package, a three-game Team USA package, and individual game tickets. All ticket types are available now and can be purchased at www.hockeycanada.ca/tickets.

Q: When will individual game tickets go on sale?

A: Individual game tickets are available now starting at $18 plus applicable fees at www.hockeycanada.ca/tickets.

Q: Can I choose a specific seat location for my World Junior Summer Showcase ticket package or individual game ticket(s)?

A: Yes, the online purchase process will allow you to purchase your preferred seat for the World Junior Summer Showcase, based on availability.

Q: How many seats are included in a ticket package?

A: A ticket package consists of a single seat for all games in the package.

Q: What payment methods are available?

A: Ticket packages can be paid for by credit card only (Mastercard, Visa, American Express).

Q: How will I receive my tickets?

A: Electronic tickets will be provided for all purchased ticket packages and individual game tickets and will also be accessible through the WFCU Centre’s online account manager.

Q: Are any ticket payments I make refundable?

A: No, any payments made towards ticket packages or individual game tickets are non-refundable.
