After a devastating house fire claimed the lives of the seven Barho children in suburban Halifax, Jill Saulnier stepped up to help in her hometown; the Olympic silver medallist organized a charity hockey day and auction - including items donated by some famous friends - to help raise funds for the Syrian refugee family.
