The Hockey Canada Foundation helped to make Dreams Come True for 30 young players as a legacy initiative for the 2023 IIHF World Junior Championship in Moncton, N.B. The program supports families and players with new equipment and provides a registration-fee subsidy to help young players turn their hockey dreams into reality.
