IP - 4 Lane Skating - Combo #2
Split the ice into four lanes length wise. Up the first line have players jumping from stride to stride, using their inside edge to change direction. In the second and third lanes players will take a few strides to gain speed then glide on one foot for as long as they can. Once they lose balance they will repeat on the other foot. In the third lane players will perform double leg c-cuts. Ensure players use their knee bend to keep heads level the entire time.
