Split the ice into four lanes length wise. Up the first line have players take a stride, then while balancing on one foot bend their knee and work on stability. In the second lane have the players doing single leg c-cuts, pushing out with their right leg. While one leg is pushing hard to give the players momentum, the other leg should be bent directly below them, and not moving at all. Repeat in the third lane, except using your other foot. In the last lane the players will be performing double c-cuts. Players heads should remain at the same level the entire time, using their legs to move and avoiding from bobbing up and down.
