IP - Skating - Lanes - Bubbles
In this drill, the players assemble in two lines down the middle of the ice. On the whistle the first two players in each line skate down the ice working on the “bubble” technique. This technique consists of both legs performing c-cuts at the same time. Turn your toes out, push the ice away with your heels to propel yourself down the ice, and then return both feet back to centre by inverting your toes back in and closing the gap in between legs.
