Absolutely Amazing. That is the only way to describe the performance of the Weeks Crushers of the MJAHL on Sunday, April 27th, as they defeated the 2007 Fred Page Champion Pembroke Lumber Kings 4-1 to take the Eastern Canadian Championship. The Crushers will have a brief rest before heading to Cornwall, Ontario for the 2008 RBC Cup, National Jr. A Championship May 3-11.

Jordan Knox lifted his team with an incredible performance as he scored twice while Alexandre Quessy put in another excellent performance in goal, stopping 31 of 32 Lumber King shots.

The Crushers join the Camrose Kodiaks, Humboldt Broncos, the Oakville Blades, and the host Cornwall Colts in the 2008 RBC Cup.
