Team Red 3 – Team White 2

Evan McGrath had a goal and an assist to lead Team Red to a 3-2 victory on Friday evening at Canada's National Junior team development camp in Whistler, BC.

Steve Downie and Blake Comeau added Red's other goals, while Andrew Cogliano and Aaron Gagnon scored for Team White. Red had one power play goal and one shorthanded goal, and White had one PP goal.

Team Red outshot Team White 38-26. Julien Ellis-Plante played in goal for Team Red, while Devan Dubnyk played for Team White. Both goalies played the entire game.

The game was played in front of about 600 people at a packed Meadow Park Arena in Whistler.

Both teams will practice on Saturday morning and again play each other on Saturday night, 6pm PT in Whistler.
