From beginner programs to high-performance training and leadership development, the Capital Region Female MHA has become a leader in growing girls’ hockey participation.
Developed with the OMHA, the initiative introduces kids to skating in a structured, fun and inclusive environment.
An Hockey Eastern Ontario Try Hockey initiative helped welcome Ottawa kids to the game through an accessible program.
