The Winnipeg Wild made it three in a row, capturing the MMAAAHL regular-season title for the third-straight year. The Wild was lights-out early, winning its first 11 games and 19 of its first 20, and was even better late, closing its schedule with 13 consecutive victories. Winnipeg topped the MMAAAHL at both ends of the ice; it scored a league-high 251 goals – led by No. 2 scorer Kaden Bryant (45-44—89) – while allowing only 91. Between the pipes, Carson Cherepak paced all netminders in goals-against average (1.60) and save percentage (.940) while posting a 23-4 record.
