Celebrated at the 2019 Hockey Canada Foundation Gala & Golf, Canada’s National Women’s Under-18 Team returned the Maple Leaf to the top of the podium at the IIHF U18 Women’s World Championship for the first time since 2014, crossing the Pacific and using a pair of overtime wins in the medal round to claim a fourth gold medal in Obihiro, Japan.
