The United States wins gold with an exciting 4-3 overtime win over Team Pacific.

Team Ontario captured the bronze with a 5-2 victory over Team Quebec.

Petr Vrana and Ivo Kratna of the Czech Republic tied for top scorer with 15 points each. Alexander Ovechkin lead the tournament in goals with 12, 6 more than the nex closest total. Nathan Horton of Team Ontario was the highest scoring Canadian, with 11 points.

Team West goaltender Rejean Beauchemin led all goaltenders with a 1.49 average over four games.
