Josh Pauls needed just 19 seconds of overtime to score the game-winning goal, giving the Americans a come-from-behind win over the Russians and their third World Sledge Hockey Challenge gold medal.
Canada 4 – Korea 1 | Bronze Medal | Sat. Feb. 7
Tyler McGregor had two goals and an assist, Chris Cederstrand and Kevin Sorley recorded their first international points and Canada used a three-goal second period to beat Korea and win the bronze medal in Leduc.
United States 8 – Korea 0^Semifinal | Thu. Feb. 5
Nikko Landeros, Daniel McCoy and Declan Farmer scored in a span of 1:55 early in the third period – the first three of seven goals in the final 15 minutes – and the Americans earned a spot in Saturday’s gold medal game with a shutout win.
Russia 2 – Canada 1^Semifinal | Thu. Feb. 5
Sergey Panfilov scored very early and very late, opening the scoring at 1:12 and getting the game-winning goal with just 52.9 seconds remaining to send Russia to Saturday’s gold medal game after their first win ever over the Canadians.
United States 2 – Canada 0 | Preliminary | Wed. Feb. 4
Nikko Landeros scored both goals, Declan Farmer added two assists and Steve Cash made 13 saves for the shutout as the Americans handed Canada its first-ever preliminary round loss and clinched first place with a victory.
Russia 4 – Korea 1 | Preliminary | Wed. Feb. 4
Dmitriy Lisov led a balanced offence with a goal and an assist, Vasily Varlakov and Ilia Volkov chipped in two helpers apiece and the Russians finished the preliminary round with their first victory in Leduc, knocking off the Koreans.
Canada 2 – Russia 0 | Preliminary | Mon. Feb. 2
Corbin Watson stopped all 17 shots he faced in a brilliant shutout performance, Greg Westlake scored the game-winning goal in the second period, Marc Dorion added insurance late in the third and Canada outlasted the Russians.
United States 8 – Korea 1 | Preliminary | Mon. Feb. 2
Josh Pauls scored twice and added an assist, Declan Farmer and Kevin McKee had a goal and two helpers apiece, and nine U.S. skaters recorded at least one point to lead the Americans over Korea and keep their perfect record intact.
Canada 8 – Korea 0 | Preliminary | Sun. Feb. 1
Brad Bowden finished with two goals and two assists, Tyler McGregor, Adam Dixon and Greg Westlake had three points apiece, Corbin Watson and Dominic Larocque shared the shutout and Canada opened with a win over the Koreans.
United States 3 – Russia 2 | Preliminary | Sun. Feb. 1
Declan Farmer scored the game-winning goal with 1:45 to go and the Americans held off a late comeback attempt by the Russians to earn the first three points in Leduc in a rematch of the 2014 Paralympic gold medal game.

2015-16 NST: Community outreach
Members of Canada’s National Sledge Team took a timeout from training to take part in a community outreach opportunity with the Calgary Sledge Hockey Association.
2015 SHWC: USA 3 – CAN 0 (Gold Medal)
Watson made 18 saves in a spectacular performance, but Canada had to settle for silver at the IPC Sledge Hockey World Championship.
2015 SHWC: CAN 3 – RUS 2 (Semifinal)
Bridges had two goals, Dixon scored one and the Canadians earned a semifinal win over Russia to advance to the gold medal game.
2015 SHWC: CAN 2 - CZE 0
Bridges scored the game’s only goals, Watson had another shutout and Canada finished a perfect prelims by blanking the Czechs.
